Since 2006, the University of California, Merced Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) cultural club has been creating a welcoming community and a home away from home for UC Merced students to join and be able to socialize and learn more about the Vietnamese culture.  VSA promotes awareness, understanding and appreciation for the Vietnamese culture, its people, diversity and values.  While increasing understanding and appreciation for culture, VSA welcomes individuals from all cultures, ethnicity and identities.  In appreciating Vietnamese culture, we hope to continue promoting and encouraging diversity among UC Merced's student body and faculty on campus.
